I provide physical, emotional and informational support to you and your partner prenatally, throughout labor & delivery, and during the early postpartum period. I will make suggestions for your labor progress, help with relaxation, visualization, positioning, massage, aromatherapy, acupressure, and pain coping techniques for comfort. I will stay with you and your partner continuously from active labor through initial latch-on.

My Package Includes

~ Free one hour consultation - are we a good fit - explanation of services 

~ Two prenatal visits used to discuss your wishes, desires, and fears - Develop/review birth plan - discuss roles- review birth options - get to know each other

~ On call 24 hours a day, seven days a week two weeks prior and two weeks after your estimated birthing date 

~ One postpartum visit at your home - review your birth experience - ensure everybody is adjusting well - go over any questions r concern - referrals will be given at this time if needed 

~ Provide photo's/video of birthing process

~ E-mail and phone support throughout prenatal and postpartum period

~ Bellycasting to those who are interested - provided at no extra charge

~ Postpartum doula services available for birth clients who are interested
