I provide physical, emotional and informational support to you and your partner prenatally, throughout labor & delivery, and during the early postpartum period. I will make suggestions for your labor progress, help with relaxation, visualization, positioning, massage, aromatherapy, acupressure, and pain coping techniques for comfort. I will stay with you and your partner continuously from active labor through initial latch, should you choose to breastfeed.

My Package Includes

~ Free one hour consultation - are we a good fit - explanation of services 

~ Two prenatal visits used to discuss your wishes, desires, and fears - Develop/review birth plan - discuss roles- review birth options - get to know each other

~ On call 24 hours a day, seven days a week, two weeks prior and two weeks after your estimated due date 

~ 1 to 2 postpartum visit(s) at your home - review your birth experience - ensure everybody is adjusting well - go over any questions or concerns - referrals will be given at this time if needed 

~ Provide photo's/video of labor progress/birth/immediate postpartum 

~ E-mail and phone support throughout prenatal and postpartum period

~ Bellycasting to those who are interested - provided at no extra charge

~ Placenta Encapsulation : I will come to your home and prepare your placenta for you to take in capsule form during the postpartum period. This preparation is done in the same manner as Traditional Chinese Medicine.
